Whilst the Europa League is not always as interesting as its older brother, it still provides a good opportunity to create an accumulator.
Selecting the correct results of just a few games has the potential for a healthy payout, and is one of the most popular ways to bet.
It can be difficult pick out winners when there are so many matches to choose from, but we’ve found a fourfold that returns around 12/1 (13.0) with dabblebet.
Lokomotiv Moscow v Nice
Thursday 22nd February – 16:00 kick off – Lokomotiv Moscow to win at 6/5 (2.20)
Our accumulator begins in Russia, where the hosts already hold a 3-2 lead after the first leg in Nice.
The capital club came back from 2-0 down last week and should have enough to see off Mario Balotelli and Co. at RZD Arena.
Lokomotiv are top of the Russian Premier League and Nice have only won four away games in normal time this season, which makes odds of 6/5 (2.20) generous in this clash.
Dynamo Kiev v AEK Athens
Thursday 22nd February – 18:00 kick off – Dynamo Kiev to win at 4/5 (1.80)
Moving slightly further west takes us to Ukraine as Dynamo Kiev are looking to build on the 1-1 draw they grabbed at Athens seven days ago.
Kiev have only ever lost two of the 32 Europa League matches they have played at home and after avoiding defeat in Greece, it seems likely that they will continue their good form.
Rather impressively, AEK have not tasted defeat in a competitive match since last August, but their away record in this competition reads a lot more defeats than wins or draws.
RB Leipzig v Napoli
Thursday 22nd February – 18:00 kick off – RB Leipzig to win at 4/5 (1.80)
When the names came out of the hat, this had all the makings of a classic between two big European sides.
Both teams dropped down from the Champions League but with Napoli in pole position for a first Serie A title since 1990, there is only one winner here.
Leipzig won the first leg 3-1 and should have few problems rolling over what will likely be a rotated Italian side in Germany.
Athletic Bilbao v Spartak Moscow
Thursday 22nd February – 20:05 kick off – Athletic Bilbao to win at 5/6 (1.83)
The Europa League is a tournament that Athletic Bilbao know well, having reached the final in 2012 and the quarter finals two years ago.
A healthy 3-1 win in Moscow has already set them on their way to a last 16 berth, and although they have struggled domestically this season, the Basque side have won each of their last four in this competition.
Spartak have lost six and drawn three of their last nine in Europe’s second tier tournament, so it is very difficult to see them getting anything from their trip to Spain.
